Třetí výběrovka charitativního projektu Specialized Project, na podporu léčby rakoviny mladistvých vyhrála anketu webu reggaesteadyska.com o nejlepší desku roku 2014. Třetí pokračování tentokrát obsahuje cover verze další britské legendy Madness. Na celkem čtyřech CD najdete 74 tracků od kapel jako jsou King Hammond, Rough Kutz, Bim Skala Bim, Ed Rome, Crabs Corporation, Dirty Revolution, The Hotknives, Erin Bardwell Collective a spousty dalších umělců. Na předchozím vydání Specialized 2 Beat Teenage Cancer z června 2013 se objevili dokonce i Chancers se songem Czech Toast. Ve fázi příprav je už i vydání čtvrtého dílu Combat Cancer, který se tentokrát zaměří na covery legendárních The Clash.
